
Beginning her career in SA playing a leading role in Neil Armfield’s Frankie, Deb has worked extensively as a singer, actor, dancer, choreographer and director in Australian theatre and television for over 20 years.
Her performance credits in theatre include playing Maria-Elena Holly in Buddy – the Buddy Holly Story, Karen – Peter Allen’s trio - in the original cast of The Boy From Oz and Little Red Riding Hood in Into The Woods. She played supporting roles and understudied the lead in, The Man From Snowy River Arena Spectacular, Little Shop Of Horrors, Sweet Charity, A Chorus Line, The New Rocky Horror Show, Hair, The Irish - And How They Got That Way and Piano Men. She was also a member of the highly acclaimed girl groups The Harlettes and The Funky Divas where she was the support act for the legendary Barry White.
Choreography and Direction credits include, Hair as assistant director/choreographer to both David Atkins and Jason Coleman, Resident Director for Santa’s Kingdom and she has choreographed extensively for Absolutely Not! Entertainment, Conrad and Co., The Funky Divas and The Super Supremes.
For the past six years, since becoming a Mum to two beautiful girls, Deb has run her own Corporate Entertainment Company – Bodacious Productions. The primary act The Super Supremes perform regularly both nationally and internationally for many high profile events and were also featured on 60 minutes.
Over the past decade, Deb has become one of Sydney’s leading vocal coaches, working privately with established and upcoming artists to great success. She has also worked for Brent Street Studios and DTN.
Deb works extensively as a session vocalist and voice over artist for organizations such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, Disney Live, Grayboy Entertainment, Upbeat Productions and The Entertainment Store and has made numerous television appearances including Iron Man and The Surgeon, featured regularly on GMA and Mornings with Kerri-Anne and IMT, and has also appeared in over 20 commercials.
